  • Writes about art for various publications, including the Web magazine Cloudband and Fusion Magazine
  • Contributed to On The Edge, a 1995 book of art inspired by the natural environment of Hamilton
  • Nominated with her husband, Douglas, for a National Newspaper Award by The Spectator for their contributions to Timepieces, the paper's 1999 millennium series
  • Participated in 2001 in the Art Gallery of Hamilton's By Invitation series, in which celebrities choose works from its collection
  • Produced and hosted a weekly classical music program on McMaster University's CFMU radio in the 1990s
  • Taught dozens of art history courses since 1990 at the Burlington Art Centre and Dundas Valley School of Art
