Faculty > Catherine Weir

 
Catherine began her ceramic studies at Dundas Valley School of Art and has continued her education by attending many conferences and workshops. She has been working primarily in Raku, which she studied at DVSA and the Haliburton School of Fine Arts. Catherine has received Best in Show and the Mohawk College Award at the Hamilton Potters' Guild Biennial Show, the Ontario Crafts Council Design award and has participated in a number of juried shows. She currently teaches at DVSA and at Mohawk College in the Continuing Education Department.
